Whole School Assembly

On Friday
we had a very different whole school assembly as we connected with each other via Zoom.

We met out new school leaders, Hunter Hooson and Eve Cai.

Then Mrs Mora announced the winning whanau house, as part of our new PB4L (Positive Behviour for Learning) acknowledgement system. We have been collecting whanau cards during our break times. We can collect them by showing our school values in the playground. If we get spotted a teacher can reward us with a ticket. They then get collected in our new house boxes.

The winning whanau house this week with the most whanau cards was.... WHERO! This whanau gets 10mins free time. In Huritini we spent 10mins in our forest. It was so much fun!!

With the draw, there is also an individual draw and we were so excited when Harriet from T14 was pulled out of the box. This meant that Harriet was able to pick a friend and play in the blue room with all the blue stuff by themselves. Well done Harriet, you were spotted showing whanaungatanga in our playground.
